Besides that, they also have, according to their rarity, one primary effect and a number of secondary randomized effects. Both primary or secondary effects last for 10 seconds. Your Life Stone has 3 charges, refilling whenever you pick up excess green Health Globes.
Alaz created his life stone variant in order to best support his aggressive combat style. It proved to be the difference in his battle against Annihilon.
